Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington.  Your permit will arrive with your order. (Please note: Without proper permits from the seller (us), it is not legal to have this species shipped across state lines in the U.S.  If you are not in one of the states listed above, you must have a PPQ-526 permit to purchase them and have them shipped to you.  Contact USDA PPQ permitting office for more information on these regulations.

***Camponotus sansanbeanus grow very fast and can be heated similarly to harvester ant species (85-90 degrees Fahrenheit) we also sell here on our website.   Early foraging activity is much more robust than most other Camponotus species, and early growth rates are much quicker with as many as 10-12 workers within 2 months.  Majors of this species tend to show up very early, within the first 6-12 months of the colony founding.  This will vary with each queen.***

How do I receive my order fast? 

1.  We ship ants on Monday, Tuesday (if needed), and Saturday.  When you order, your ant colony will ship on the following available date typically, but we must prepare the ants for shipment which can  take 2-3 days in some situations.  Often we have ants ready to ship and there is no delay.  If the temperature is over 90 degrees between our location (North Carolina), and your location, delays for shipping may occur.  Please choose the ice pack option in this instance, and we can ship your order faster in most instances.  When faces with high temperatures, we will contact you to ensure you understand the best way to receive your ants with the highest level of certainty they will be safe during shipping and arrival.

2.  If you need ants shipped overnight (or if you live in a nearby state where shipping times are only 1-2 days), email or call (919-348-3642) us to discuss availability of shipping schedule.  We are happy to accommodate requests of this nature when possible.
